01Purpose

This is a draft, not legal advice. It was written to match how AMD Cop actually works and to cover what carriers and regulators in the UK, the US and Canada ask for. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. Have counsel qualified in each territory review it before you publish it or rely on it in a carrier application.

This policy sets out what AMD Cop may and may not be used for. It exists because carriers and regulators in the UK, the United States and Canada expect a published, enforceable position from anyone whose software touches outbound calling.

02Prohibited use

You may not use AMD Cop, directly or by allowing another party to:

03What we expect of you

04Reporting misuse

If you believe AMD Cop is being used in breach of this policy, report it to the abuse contact below. We investigate every report we receive.

Write to contact@digitalker.uk with the detail you have, including numbers and timestamps where you can.

Still to confirm. A dedicated abuse address rather than the general contact address, and a stated response time. Carriers look for both.

05Enforcement

Where we have a contractual relationship with you, breach of this policy is a breach of the agreement and we may suspend support or terminate it. Where the deployment is self-managed and we have no such relationship, our remedies are limited, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from carriers and regulators.

We report unlawful activity to the relevant authority where the law requires it.
